Mat Pilates
Brooklyn trained at London Studio Centre, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance specialising in contemporary dance. After rehabilitating a long-term shoulder injury through Pilates, she developed a passion for mindful movement and helping others build strength, resilience and confidence in their bodies.

Eddie Chia
Senior Coach
Ed is a Coach and Co-Founder of Train 3:05, bringing energy, encouragement and a community-first approach to every session. He’s passionate about making training enjoyable, approachable. His coaching focuses on building confidence, consistency and helping members feel comfortable whilst still progressing.

Bryony Hewitt
Yoga & Reformer Instructor
Bryony combines Yoga and Reformer Pilates to create dynamic, breath-led sessions focused on strength, mobility and longevity. Her classes are designed to challenge whilst encouraging clients to move with purpose and feel good in their bodies. Expect supportive coaching, mindful movement and an uplifting atmosphere.

Zoe Tidmarsh
Studio Manager
Zoe combines her professional dance background with a passion for strength, stability and mindful movement. Her classes focus on precision, flow and confidence-building, creating supportive sessions that challenge all levels. Alongside coaching, Zoe is also the Studio Manager at Train 3:05.

Nadia Staley
Reformer Instructor
Nadia is a Personal Trainer, Reformer Pilates & Barre instructor, and Pre & Postnatal specialist with a background in professional ballet. Her classes blend strength, control and mindful movement to help clients feel strong, confident and connected to their bodies. Expect thoughtful coaching with a strong focus on alignment, technique and movement quality.
